ETV+ is a Russian-language TV channel, which is primarily aimed at the Russian-speaking community in Estonia, as well as Estonians and, through digital media, foreigners who are interested in Estonian life. The purpose of the channel is to provide objective and balanced current information and analysis about what is happening in Estonia, to provide a platform for discussion of different opinions and positions, to offer a high-quality selection of world news, sports events and film and entertainment programs.
