TV network! is a Brazilian commercial television network based in Osasco , a municipality in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, belonging to the Amilcare Dallevo Group and the Marcelo de Carvalho Group. Its transmissions began on November 15, 1999, in addition to its five own broadcasters, RedeTV! It has 44 affiliated stations and more than 600 retransmitters throughout Brazil. The station's programming is mainly focused on entertainment, with several programs aimed at specific segments: humorous , talk shows , journalistic , sports , series and women's shows.
