Second program of Croatian Radio (HRT - HR 2), radio channel of HRT; began broadcasting in April 1964 as the second channel of Radio Zagreb from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (program III was broadcast in the evenings on the same network). It was launched as a "more casual" program with mosaic, entertaining live shows, reports from the field, contact shows and listener feedback, modeled after and in cooperation with European radio channels such as Radio Luxemburg and Radio Monte Carlo. The second program of Croatian Radio offers listeners a casual all-day entertaining mosaic content: mosaic entertainment and sports content, talk shows that follow daily events, culture , art and science , and author's works that address social life.
